No. Everyone responds differently to the sedation but you should assume that the effect won't have work off until the next day. You should plan to take it easy after the sedation and not take any risks.
It is normal to have some anxiety and we are very used to helping people through this. If it helps we can use sedation to overcome this and make sure you have the treatment that you need.
